Refund Policy

When Refunds Apply
A refund may be issued in the following cases:
- The payment was charged but the balance was not credited to the Nol card within 48 hours.
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error on our side.
- The transaction failed mid-process but funds were deducted.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Balance was successfully synced to the card (user tapped at a reader).
- Incorrect card number was entered by the user.
- User changed their mind after successful recharge.
How to Request
Email support@dubaicardrecharge.com with your order reference number and a brief description. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund is returned to the original payment method.
